The total investment will be USD 50 million, with a designed capacity of 40000 MT/year for various types of PVC additives. 公司一期项目总投资2100万美元，注册资本935万美元，项目为建设5000吨传统型PVC稳定剂和5000吨环保型钙锌稳定剂，主要应用于高端PVC化学建材行业。公司于2010年9月开工建设，2012年7月完成调试和试生产，目前已正式投入运营。The total investment of the phase I is USD 21 million, with a registered capital of 9.35 million dollars. The project is designed to produce 5000 MTs of traditional PVC stabilizer and 5000MTs of environmental friendly Ca/Zn stabilizer. It is mainly produced for high quality PVC industry. The construction started in Sep 2010, commissioning and trial production completed in July 2012. 二期项目预计在2014年启动，预计会继续投资3000万美元用于建设30000吨的环保型钙锌稳定剂，并积极推动、引导中国PVC稳定剂行业的绿色环保和可持续发展。The phase II of the project is expected to be started on year 2014, and a further USD 30 million investment will be injected to build a 30,000MT of environmental friendly Ca/Zn stabilizer production lines. Baerlocher will actively promote a green and sustainable development for China PVC stabilizer industry.
