NEO Design Inc. 2009年成立于美国波士顿，是一个由旅美建筑精英组成的设计团队。创始人葛文俊毕业于美国麻省理工学院，现为美国建筑师协会会员，波士顿建筑师协会会员。团队主要成员均毕业于世界顶级名校，包括哈佛大学，麻省理工学院，加州大学伯克利分校，康奈尔大学，墨尔本大学；并曾在美国著名建筑师事务所工作多年，担任核心层工作。对建筑的热情将我们凝聚起来， NEO意为“与旧不同之新”, 是我们共同的信仰。我们尝试摒弃所有的习惯性思维和经典模式，回到原点，讨论最本质的设计问题：人的行为，感知，记忆，思维与建筑环境之间的关系。在先进的设计方法引导下，创新自然发生。
2011年，NEO主要成员将先进的设计和管理理念带回中国，成立南京与人筑新建筑设计有限公司。在中国工作，NEO的设计师将有更好的机会关注中国之文化，把握市场之脉搏，体察社会之变革，设计并建造属于新时代的新建筑。

NEO Design Inc., was formed in Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 2009 by a group ;of elite Chinese architects living in USA. The founder Wenjun Ge, graduated ;from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Master degree, is currently ;enrolled in the membership of American Institute of Architects, and Boston Society of Architects. All NEO members graduated from the world’s most prestigious universities including Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of ;Technology, University of California, Berkeley, Cornell University, and University ;of Melbourne. After graduation they worked in the most famous architecture ;offices in USA for many years, where they grew to be experienced architects. ;The passion for architecture brings NEO members together. “NEO” means the ;new things different from the old, which is the faith we share. We try to discard ;all normal notions and popular modes, discuss the most fundamental design ;questions: the behavior, apperceive, memory, and the way of thinking of human beings, by doing which the NEO architecture generates naturally. ;
In 2011, NEO major members moved back to China, established Nanjing Yuren ;Zhuxin architecture design Inc. Working in China, NEO architects will have better opportunities to respond to the changing culture, society, and market in ;China, in order to design the NEO architecture in the NEO era. ;
