历史沿袭：
法国埃尔萨景观设计事务所是由华宁、龙陈超、皮埃尔阿兰，这三位曾经一起工作多年的、并拥有深厚友谊和共同奋斗目标的朋友创立的。事务所于2003年首先在深圳开拓市场。在充满阳光气息的办公室里，法国埃尔萨设计事务所的全体工作人员正在努力发展一种对设计的崭新理解，它是处于两种交流与碰撞之中，一种是基于理性的景观分析及实践经验，另一种是中国的发展活力、五千年文化沉淀以及在这一过程中长期的进化与转变。随着这一景观理念被越来越多的人所接受、欣赏，2008年埃尔萨在北京成立分公司。

“三个一”：一块宗地，一个项目，一种创意
每一次客户的要求，每一次对土地的改变都是独一无二的。土地的背景、地理地质条件，当地文化、客户的指令及潜意识的希望，以及其他难于精确估计的事项如成本等都会对设计者的工作产生影响，无论是项目设计的形式，如总平图和剖面，还是项目竣工后的氛围。因此， ;对于每个项目，我们一定让它特别又独一无二，并且力求优秀。
意义追求
我们对“三个一”的追求立足于一点：给每个项目一个意义，为将来居住于此者，为未来的一代，也为年华渐逝的人们。
专业追求
在这个竞争的环境里，为了给每一个优秀的项目一个好的创意，我们的工作组织与知识要时时保持在顶峰状态。
-无论国籍如何，无论是法国人，中国人，菲律宾人，包括设计助理都至少是大学毕业。同时，他们也涵盖了景观设计所有细分类别：景观师，规划师，设计师，结构师，建筑师，植物专家，管网设计人员，工程造价师等等。
-每一个项目组都是由不同专业的设计人员组成，从创意到现场施工配合，项目组保证创意的贯彻与实施。项目组的结构轻巧，可以保证其快速反应及适应性，因此，也可以提供给客户尽可能快并且尽可能好的服务。

-职业培训：最少每月一次，时间为半天，所有人都可参与培训，以增加对景观的理解。
-中英文语言培训课每周一次，由事务所外聘教师担任。
-定期参观各种项目，事后指定任一组进行剖析。

Every single request from a client, every change made to a piece of land will be solely unique. a designer's work is influenced by the background of the land, the geological and geographical condition, the local culture, the client's orders and their subconcious expectations and many other unexpected costs and factors such as ; the format of the design and the atmosphere of a finished construction. therefore, for each and every project, we have to strive to make it solely unique without losing its exerllence.
