hpa何設計（前稱：何顯毅建築工程師樓地產發展顧問有限公司）於1980年成立，在 1992年成為香港特別行政區政府建築署之建築顧問名單中之〝一級顧問〞並成為香港首間獲得品質保證局頒發國際ISO9001品質認證之本地建築師樓，並於2004年在英國出版的 《世界建築導報World Architecture》全球200強建築師樓中排名第47位，其設計作品曾榮獲多個設計獎項，其中包括在2012獲取BCI亞洲十大建築設計公司獎（BCI Asia Top 10 Awards for 2012）。
hpa的作品遍佈6個國家，超過40個城市（包括中國、香港、澳門、東南亞、北韓、印度、中東等），已設計完成超過70,000,000平方米之建築面積，包括大型住宅社區、山地建築、公共房屋、豪華住宅、辦公樓、總部基地、五星級酒店、商場、醫院、機場及地鐵站之相關項目、大學、圖書館、文化館、博物館、運動館、娛樂休閒場所、專業工業廠房等，並在中國、印度完成了多個大型城市規劃（由5至500平方公里）。 ; ; Introduction to hpa–(Short Version)hpa ;(previous known as Ho & Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Limited) was founded in 1980. Projects include large-scale townships, public housing, hillside buildings, luxury residential, office buildings, corporate headquarters, 5 star hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, airports and railway station-related projects, universities, libraries, cultural centres, museums, sports centres, entertainment centres and industrial undertakings.
