Summary
CIEE, established in 1947 and a leader in the field of educational exchange, is expanding its China operations and is seeking to hire a Program Assistant for our small, but growing Shanghai office.
We are looking for someone who can support the day to day operations of our office as well as provide support for the CIEE Applicant Interview (CAI) and ITP programs in a number of different ways. Duties may include customer service, data entry, marketing and event management and sales support. Candidates must be amenable to a flexible working schedule that may require weekend work.
The ideal candidate is a native Chinese speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Experience working in a bilingual office environment and dealing with customers are strongly desired.
