北京市工程咨询公司成立于1986年，是一家综合性工程咨询机构，拥有国家甲级工程咨询、甲级工程监理、甲级工程造价咨询、甲级工程招标代理、甲级信息系统工程监理资质和企业能源审计资格，是国际咨询工程师联合会（FIDIC）成员协会会员和中国工程咨询协会常务理事单位之一，中国建设监理协会、中国招标投资协会等行业协会会员单位。
公司技术力量雄厚，信誉卓著，是国家发展和改革委员会公开选聘的委托投资咨询评估咨询机构、北京市发展和改革委员会、北京市重大建设项目稽察办公室公开招标选聘的社会咨询中介机构，2007年获得联合国全球契约组织美国邓白氏集团颁发的国际信用企业资质，北京市首批18家节能评估中介机构之一，较早在北京开展建设工程项目全过程管理业务，是北京市建设委员会认定的项目管理试点单位。经北京市最高人民法院批准，取得北京市人民法院对外委托司法鉴定机构资格。
成立20年来，公司承担了许多重大项目的咨询工作，覆盖国民经济领域的几十个行业，并承担了许多政府和社会单位委托的宏观课题研究和管理咨询任务。成立至今，公司累计完成各类咨询项目5000余项，涉及投资总额10000多亿元。
Beijing Municipal Engineering Consulting Corporation (BECC), incorporated in 1986, is a comprehensive engineering consulting organization. BECC has 5 Qualifications of State-Class grade A:Engineering consulting, construction supervision, construction costing, bidding agent and IT supervision. Meanwhile, BECC is also the member of FLDLC and the executive directive director of China-National Association of Engineering Consultants, and the member of China Construction Supervision Association and China-Tendering and Bidding Association.
With the distinguished technical capability and the sounding reputation, BECC was selected by National Development and Reform Commission as the commissioned investment evaluation organization, and selected by Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform and Beijing Significant Project Inspection Office as the social consulting organization by open bidding. BECC, as the qualified project trail organization, is one of the earliest companies providing whole-process construc-tion project management, and obtained the qualification of foreign commission juridical identification which is approved by Beijing Supreme Court.
Since her establishment, BECC has been undertaking various type of services for many significant projects that covers tens of in-dustries and responsible for many Macro-topic researches and enterprise management consulting service commissioned by the govemment and social organizations. BECC has already accomplished 4,000 consulting projects whose value is over 780 trillion RMB by 2005
