南京依维柯汽车有限公司为一家中意合资企业，中方股东为南京汽车集团有限公司（上海汽车全资子公司），外方股东为意大利依维柯股份公司，于1996年3月1日正式运行。
公司注册资本25.27亿元人民币，合资双方各占50%股份。公司设有13个部门、8个工厂/分公司、销售公司和出口公司，在册员工6000余人，占地面积125万平方米。
公司拥有依维柯和跃进两大产品平台，产品线横跨客车、卡车、箱货、越野车、底盘和专用车，拥有860多种丰富车型。依维柯品牌拥有得意、都灵、宝迪、欧霸和威尼斯五大产品线，有360多种车型。跃进品牌拥有财神（S品系）、帅虎（H品系）、欧卡（K品系）、凌野（L品系）、开拓者（T品系）和跃进底盘六大产品线，产品品种多达500余种。

Officially operated since March 1, 1996, NAVECO Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture, shared by Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corporation (NAC) - a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) and IVECO S. p. A.
NAVECO has a registered capital of RMB 2.527 billion, with each shareholder owning 50%. It has 13 departments, 8 plants and branch companies, Commercial Division and Export Company. And it has a registered staff of over 6000 and covers an area of 1,250,000 square meters.
NAVECO owns IVECO and Yuejin product platform with a portfolio of over 860 models ranging from passenger vehicle, truck, van, off-road vehicle, chassis and special vehicle. IVECO brand has 360 models of five product lines such as Turbo Daily, Power Daily, Baodi, Ou Ba and Venice while Yuejin brand has six product lines of Caishen (S Range), Shuaihu (H Range), Ouka (K Range), Lingye (L Range), Kaituozhe (T Range) and Yuejin chassis with over 500 models.
NAVECO is the first light commercial vehicle manufacturer in China with the independent research and development capability.
