深圳市和宏实业有限公司成立于1997年，注册资金3000万，目前拥有员工近2000名，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的科技型民营企业，主要经营电线电缆及家电配件。公司总部在深圳，在广东惠阳设有2万平方米的自有工厂------惠州和宏电线电缆有限公司，公司在美国设有分公司，新购6万平方米厂房于2008年底投产，在巴西、德国、西欧、俄罗斯、日本将陆续建立分支机构。

shenzhen d&s industries ltd was founded in 1997, with registered capital rmb 30,000,000. d&s is headquartered in shenzhen with over 2000 staffs, and owns a 20,000 sq.ms factory in huiyang, guandong province. d&s is a hi-tech oriented private company specialized in r&d, manufacture, sales of cables, and consumer electronics accessory products. since its debut in global market in early 90s, d&s has successfully put over 1000 models of products in more than 50 countries. currently d&s has been certified with most prevalent approvals, such as iso9001. in future, d&s will devote to sales network tapping in domestic and global market as well as brand management.
