上班时间：
公司上班实行弹性上下班制, 每周工作5天,每天8小时, 上班时间: 8:30~9:00, 下班时间: 17:30~18:00
工资：
每年会根据绩效对员工进行1次的调薪；公司全额支付14%住房公积金
休假制度:
1、 病假
2、 婚假：在公司任职期间结婚的人员，晚婚凭结婚证可享受13天的婚假（含公休日）
3、 在公司任职期间生育的员工，按照国家规定享受产假（不少于90天），男性员工可享受10天的陪产假
4、 节日长假： 春节、五一、国庆、元旦等均按国家政策要求进行放假。
5、 年假：工作满一年，可享受11天的带薪年假（不含公休日）
