裕达科技美国(Trio-tech Internation Inc USA)是在美国证券交易上市的公司,创立于1958年。公司主要从事开发，制造及销售半导体工业装置，测试及老化系统，电路板，集成电路专用程序及相关工业机械和零件，并提供相关售后服务。提供半导体及相关工业高科技的功能，老化及质量测试。

Founded in 1958, Trio-Tech International designs, develops and manufactures equipment used in the manufacturing and testing of wafers, devices and other electrical components.
Trio-Tech also provides third-party semiconductor and burn-in testing services through its test facilities in United States, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and China. Such Testing services enable semiconductor devices and other electronic components to meet the requirements of military, aerospace, industrial and commercial applications.
Besides distributing our own products, Trio-Tech distribute complementary test products from other reputable manufacturers based in U.S., Europe, Japan and other countries.
Trio-Tech is headquartered in Van Nuys, California.
