和林电子（深圳）有限公司是日本上市公司SMK株式会社下属的子公司，于1996年7月15日承接原中国惠普（深圳）有限公司的全部股权转让正式成立。
公司主要生产各种类型的连接线及连接器、插座、开关、用于手机、音频、视频、电脑、摄像机等。产品远销香港、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区。主要客户有诺基亚、索尼爱立信、东芝、卡西欧、NEC、夏普、华为、中兴通讯等著名企业。
公司成立至今已有将近14年的历史。现位于深圳市南山区西丽镇红花岭工业区，厂房面积达11900平方米，公司注册资金372万美元,员工人数目前1600人（含派遣工），销售额由最初的3300万人民币升至2009年的4亿人民币。公司2007年销售业绩最好达到8.9亿人名币。公司成立至今总纳税额累计高达两亿多人民币，创造了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
公司一直重视提高产品质量，1998年获中国质量认证中心（CQC）ISO9002质量体系认证，2000年3月取得ISO14001（1996版）环保认证，并再于2002年4月获得ISO9001 2000版质量认证及2006年6月获得ISO14001（2000版）环保认证。跨入了质量、环境管理优秀企业的行列。

A subsidiary of SMK Corporation which is a listed company in Japan, SMK Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was formally established on July 15, 1996 after the transfer of the entire share equity of the former China HP (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. had been completed.
SMK Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of various types of cable and connectors, sockets, switches, etc., which are used for mobile phones, audio video, computers, cameras etc., The products are exported to Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions. The Company’s major customers include Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Toshiba, Casio, NEC, Sharp, HuaWei, ZhongXing and other well-known multinational companies.
The Company boasts of a history of nearly 14 years since its establishment. Located in the Honghualing Industrial Park, Xili Township, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, our workshops occupy an floor space of 11,900 square meters where the number of employees has increased to 1,600 (including temporary workers), and the average annual sales have grown from the initial RMB 33 million to RMB 400 million in 2009. The company’s best sales performance is RMB 890 million in 2007. The company has turned in a total amount of taxes exceeding RMB 200 million, creating benefits both social and economic.
