友齐集团成立于1988年6月（友铨电脑器材股份有限公司），为一专业的半导体代理商，并陆续于1991，1995年成立友齐公司，友万公司，在同仁共同努力，客户爱戴下，建立了相当的业界声誉。为了整合大中国地区市场，友齐集团又于2001年1月成立香港友齐电子有限公司，2002年3月在上海成立友齐科国际贸易（上海）有限公司。正式整合两岸三地业务。

U-Cheer Group (U-Chain Component Co., Ltd), a professional agent of semiconductor, established in June 1988,following by U-Cheer Co., Ltd in 1991 and U-Want in 1995.With the efforts of workmates and customers, our company got good reputation in the field.
