Daewon Semiconductor Packaging Industrial Corporation was founded in 1972 and has since grown into a leading supplier of plastic extrusion and injection molded products for the semiconductor industry.Daewon\'s global reach originated in 1975 through design & supply of innovative plastic solutions to clothing industries in the United States,Japan,Europe and Southeast Asia.Entering the 1980\'s,Daewon leveraged its quality-manufacturing expertise to meet semiconductor firms\' demand for reliable IC shipping tube products.

本公司是一家面向半导体封装测试企业(例如 Intel,STATSCHIPPAC,AMKOR,SPANSION),主要生产半导体封装测试行业用IC Shipping Tray（防静电精密塑料产品），IC Shipping Tube, Tape&Reel。总部工厂在韩国首尔附近，中国上海设有代表处，本公司在全球都设有销售部，上海代表处是全球销售网络中负责中国市场的销售联络处，主要功能是分析中国国内的半导体封装测试行业动态，市场分析，销售产品，与全球销售进行信息资源共享等。此外，公司于2008年成功收购香港PEAK，原PEAK总部在香港，工厂设在深圳。上海，深圳以及天津都有其办事处。
