实习生发展计划
招募简介：
为支持索迪斯业务在中国的未来发展，我们于2009年 11月起启动了“实习生发展计划”。该计划通过4到6个月的轮岗实习，旨在促进实习生对索迪斯业务和发展前景的了解，培养管理能力，同时对实习生进行考察。通过考核并有意愿的实习生毕业后可加入索迪斯获取进一步的职业发展。
招募要求：
. 大学本科四年级；
. 愿意从事后勤管理服务行业；
. 良好的服务意识、团队精神；
. 不断进取的工作热情；
. 优秀的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力；
. 良好的数字计算和分析总结能力；
. 英语听说读写熟练者优先；

internship development program
summary:
to support the future development of sodexo in china, we launch the \"internship development project\" started from november 2009. this project provides 4 to 6 months\' on site job rotation internship within sodexo. students will have the opportunity to know more about the activities of sodexo and its development perspective as well as improve their management skills. the company will assess the interns at the same time. interns who succeed the assessment and who have the willingness will be able to join sodexo for further career development.
