OSKAR FRECH Germany was established in 1949 as a die casting machine and tool manufacturer. Meanwhile FRECH is the leader in hot chamber die-casting machines with over 70% market share worldwide. With the integration of Mueller Weingarten in 2007, the company has extended the variety of cold chamber die-casting machines from 250t up to 5100t locking force.
FRECH has delivered over 5,000 die-casting machines in over 70 countries, which are producing billions of casting parts year over year. Steadily innovation is the driver for our success and is protected with more than 200 patents.
Since over 30 years FRECH is selling their machines in ASIA market with sales and service offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan and a representative office in Shanghai.
With the development of the Chinese market, FRECH (Shanghai) Die Casting Machine was founded in 2005, a wholly foreign owned enterprise with actually 3 workshops, a total production area of 3800m2 and sales/service offices in Dongguan, Chongqing and Shenyang.
The new machine generation, which is sourced and assembled in FECH (Shanghai), was designed in Germany especially for the ASIA market and includes hot-chamber die-casting machines for magnesium (FCH-M line, 80t-315t) and for zinc alloy (FCH-Z line, 20t-315t) as well as cold chamber die-casting machines for aluminum and magnesium (QualiCast line, 130t-830t).
The service team can install, set-up and maintain all machines types, also the biggest machines delivered from Germany. For these bigger machines, the service team can also design, program and install the complete automation cell by itself. The teams in ASIA are working close together and offering 24h service ASIA wide.
