In 2006, Littelfuse announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Song Long Electronics Co., Ltd. located at Humen, Dongguan. This acquisition is another step forward in our strategy to expand our operations in Asia in order to be closer to current and potential customers, ensure a competitive cost position and participate in the growth of the region. To cope with the growth strategies, Littelfuse will rapidly expand the capacity and resources of the Humen Song Long plant.
