自成立以来，河山资本已完成了3.4亿元的房地产基金投资和8亿元的投融资财务顾问业务。河山资本2011年预计完成10-15亿元的地产基金和私募股权基金投资。

Orizon Capital was founded in 2009 and currently offers three services. We manage a series of real estate funds, make opportunistic private equity investments in non-real estate opportunities and provide financial advisory services to corporate clients. We are looking to build a wealth management business by leveraging off our strengths in manufacturing high quality fund investment products. We hope to significantly elevate the level of services to investors in our existing investment funds as well as to expand the list of investors with interest in allocating a certain amount of family wealth in high-yielding alternative asset classes.
Since its inception, Orizon Capital has successfully completed RMB 340 million of real estate investments and RMB 800 million of financial advisory services. We expect to make a further RMB 1-1.5 billion investments in real estate and non-real estate opportunities in the year 2011.
