Verigy designs, develops, manufactures and sells advanced test systems and solutions for the semiconductor industry. Spinning off from Agilent in 2006 and building upon 65+ years of testing technology innovation, Verigy\'s advanced solutions help semiconductor designers and manufacturers lower their costs of test and improve their competitiveness. More than a decade ago, we introduced the concept of a scalable and flexible test platform architecture, which today spans the two general categories of semiconductor devices being tested:
V93000 Series platform for testing System-on-a-Chip (SOC), System-in-a-Package (SIP) and high-speed memory devices
V5000 Series platform for testing memory devices, including flash memory and multi-chip packages (MCPs)
