OTDB Phase 1 operation was started in June 2006 and construction of Phase 2 terminal has started and plan for start up early next year. In addition to storage tank service, OTDB also provides public pipe rack and public jetty services in Dayawan. OTDB will continue be in full compliance of local and international HSSE standards and provide professional service to customers, to become the main force in the construction of Dayawan Petrochemical Industry Park.
