长安马自达汽车有限公司由中国百年企业长安汽车股份有限公司、马自达汽车株式会社共同出资组建，双方持股比例为：长安50%，马自达50%，地处我国中心城市南京，位于江宁经济技术开发区内。
公司占地1935亩，总投资54亿元人民币，拥有世界一流的生产制造工艺及质量体系，冲压、焊接、涂装、总装四大车间均采用柔性化的生产线，能够支持8种不同车型共线生产，并将环保理念贯穿整个生产过程。公司目前产能为22万辆，拥有马自达2、马自达3、马自达3星骋、马自达CX-5、新嘉年华等系列车型。公司研发中心为南京市级研发中心，具备UP4/UN3/PT3级研发能力。

Changan Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture company established together by the century-history Chinese enterprise, Changan Automobile Company Limited, and the Japanese enterprise Mazda Motor Corporation. The shareholding ratio is Changan 50% to Mazda 50%. The joint-venture is located in Jiangning Economic & Technological Development Zone of Nanjing City, one of our country’s central cities.
The company occupies an area of 1,935 Mu (~318.7 acres) with a total investment of 5.4 billion RMB, and possesses a world first-class production process and quality system. The four workshops, Stamping Shop, Body Shop, Paint Shop, and TCF Shop, all adopt flexible production lines that support mixed production of up to 8 different vehicle models, while practicing the environment friendly concept throughout the whole production process. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 220,000 units, covering a series of vehicle models including Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda3 Xingcheng, Mazda CX-5, and Ford New Fiesta. The company’s research & development center is rated at Nanjing City Level, possessing UP4/UN3/PT3 research & development abilities.
