; ; ;中国水电一局成立50多年来，相继独立建成了桓仁、回龙山、朝阳、白山、红石、莲花、松江河梯级等多座大型水利水电工程。其中吉林省白山水电站总装机180万千瓦，为当时全国单机最大的水电站，白山大坝也是我国第一座三心圆混凝土重力拱坝。黑龙江省莲花水电站是我国在严寒地区修建的第一座大型混凝土面板堆石坝，该工程荣获了2001年度中国建筑工程质量最高奖——鲁班奖。云南省大朝山水电站荣获了2004年度中国建筑工程质量最高奖——鲁班奖。承担建设了北京十三陵、浙江天荒坪、桐柏、安徽琅琊山、河南宝泉、回龙、山东泰安、江苏溧阳、宜兴、湖北白莲河、河北张河湾等抽水蓄能电站的引水系统工程施工及部分厂房施工。参加了长江三峡、黄河小浪底、四川二滩、山西万家寨、云南大朝山和小湾、内蒙古尼尔基黑龙江大顶子山航电枢纽、吉林哈达山水利枢纽等50多座大型水利水电枢纽工程的建设。承建了长春一汽扩建等多座大型工业厂房以及辽宁辽阳、营口水源工程、鲅鱼圈海堤、引碧入连、引英入连、 辽宁盘锦污水处理等多项工程。参加了沈山、沈铁、丹本、襄荆、阜朝、草抚、邛名等高速公路、京沪高速铁路、南水北调工程的建设。积极开拓国际市场，先后在俄罗斯、阿尔巴尼亚、刚果（金）、土耳其、缅甸、埃塞俄比亚、尼日尔、越南、印度尼西亚等国家承担了水利水电、市政、公路等工程建设。

Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co., Ltd. is the wholly subsidiary of Sinohydro Co., Ltd. The Bureau has more than 10190 workers and staff presently, in which 4969 professional technicians and managers, 590 senior technicians, 3180 medium title technicians, and 416 project managers with qualifications certificate. The Bureau is one of the national specialized backbone enterprises in construction of large and medium sized hydropower industry in China, which possesses the first grade qualification for general contracting of hydropower project, municipal engineering, mechanical & electrical installations, earthwork and subgrade works of highway, foundation and steel structure works issued by the Ministry of Construction P. R. China and also achieve foreign contracting construction qualification approved by the Chinese Government. We has passed Quality System (GB/T19001(ISO9001)) authentication, the Environmental Management System (GB/T24001(ISO 14001)) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (GB/T28001). We have obtained the Safety Production Certification of Construction Enterprise and Provincial Technology Center issued by Construction Department of Jilin Province, China. Since the establishment of Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co., Ltd., the Bureau independently has completed the construction of the Huanren Hydropower Station, Huilongshan Hydropower Station, Chaoyang Hydropower Station, Baishan Hydropower Station, Hongshi Hydropower Station, Lianhua Hydropower Station, Songjianghe Cascade Hydropower Station, etc. Among these hydropower station, Baishan Hydropower Station in Jilin Province, with total installed capacity of 1800MW which is the largest Hydropower Station in Northeast of China and with dam is the first three-center gravity arch dam in China. The dam of the Lianhua Hydropower Station in Heilongjiang Province is the first concrete face rock-fill dam in the severe cold zone in China. In 2001 and 2004, the Lianhua Hydropower Station and Dachaoshan Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province were obtained “Luban” award separately issued by China National Construction Engineering Top Quality Award. We have borne the construction of the large-sized pumped storage plant projects, such as Shisanling Pumped Storage Plant in Beijing City, Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Plant in Zhejiang Province, Tongbai Pumped Storage Plant in Zhejiang Province, Langyashan Pumped Storage Plant in Anhui Province, Baoquan Pumped Storage Plant in Henan Province, Huilong Pumped Storage Plant in Heinan Province, Tai`an Pumped Storage Plant in Shandong Province, Liyang Pumped Storage Plant in Jiangsu Province, Bailianhe Pumped Storage Plant in Hubei Province, Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Plant in Hebei Province. The Bureau has participated in construction of more than 50 large-sized hydropower projects, such as Three Gorges Hydropower Station in Yangtze River, Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Hydropower Station in Yellow River, Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station, Ertan Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province, Xiaowan Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province, Nierji Water Control and Navigation Project in Inner Mongolia Province. The Bureau has carried out many national and local key projects, such as expansion work of Changchun FAW, Water Sources Projects in Liaoyang and Yingkou City, Water Diversion Project from Bailianhe River and Yinghe River to Dalian City of Liaoning Province, Panjin Sewage Tratement Plant in Liaoning Province, Shenyang-Shanhaiguan Expressway Project, Shenyang-Tieling Expressway Project, Dandong-Benxi Expressway Project, Xiangfan-Jingzhou Expressway Project in Hubei Province, etc. As to develop the global market, the Bureau actively involves into international hydropower, municipal facility and expressway industry in Russia, Albania, Congo, Turkey, Myanmar, Ethiopia, Niger, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc.
