SIKO成立于1963年，位于德国弗莱堡，是一家专门从事测控产品研发与生产的企业，机械式计数器的发明者。经过半个多世纪的不断发展和创新，SIKO的计数器和磁栅尺处于世界领先水平，并且在全球（特别是欧洲和北美市场）占了很大份额，成为享誉全球的行业名牌产品。
SIKO目前共有6条产品线：位置指示器，旋转编码器，拉绳编码器，齿轮电机，磁性测量系统（位移和角度），电子显示器等。丰富的产品线几乎涵盖了所有的机械生产和加工行业，SIKO的产品能胜任相当广泛领域内的所有的位移，角度，速度等测量和控制任务。
SIKO在60多个国家和地区设有分公司和代理商，总部约有170名员工。先后在瑞士、意大利、美国成立分公司。2005年，在中国成立分公司：希控国际贸易（上海）有限公司。

SIKO GmbH, in Freiburg Germany, was founded in 1963, develop and produce the measuring and controlling system professionally, inventor of mechanical digital position indicator. Through its persistent innovation and development over half a century, SIKO is now a globally known company and becoming the leader in the entire field of all machine production and manufacturing (especially in indicators and magnetic scales), the products shared more than 40% portion in Europe and North America.
There are presently 6 Lines for SIKO Products: Position Line, Roto Line, Linear Line, Drive Line, Mag Line, and Display Line. For these rich production lines we can competent all of the industrial production and processing tasks of measurement.
SIKO has independent sales offices and subsidiaries in more than 65 countries. For headquarter in Germany there are over 170 colleages. Subsidiaries are founded in Schweiz, Italia, USA, in 2005, SIKO International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was founded as subsidiary in China.

SIKO wurde 1963 durch Günther Wandres gegründet. Seit 1990 führt sein Sohn Horst Wandres die Unternehmung. SIKO gilt als Erfinder von mechanisch-digitalen Positionsanzeigen, welche im Rahmen der SIKO-Produktlinie PositionLine angeboten werden. Die mechanisch-digitalen Positionsanzeigen werden im Bereich der Industrie und des Maschinenbaus seit Jahrzehnten eingesetzt.
Im Laufe der letzten 20 Jahre hat SIKO weitere Produkte, wie die magnetische Messtechnik, bekannt unter dem Begriff MagLine, auf dem Markt platzieren koennen.
