沿革
1984年：10月5日创立，同年于云林系斗六工业区购置工厂建地32，572平方公尺。
1985年：第一期厂房工程完成。
1987年：第二期工程及检验工程完成。
1988年：第三期仓库厂房工程完成。
1989年：装设大型电脑，全公司进入电脑化作业。
1990年：第四期厂房工程完成，并进行流程改善，增购机器设备。
成立总经理室，全面推动公司制度化管理。
购买第二厂房预定地12，310平方公尺。
1991年：交通银行参与本公司投资改善自动化设备，扩大产能。
经证期会核准为股票公开发行公司。
1993年：经英国劳氏验船协会评监为ISO-9002品管制度合格厂商。
1996年：经济部商检局评监为ISO-9002品管制度合格厂商。
第二厂房工程完成，并成立钢板裁剪中心。
1998年：大口径不锈钢管设备完成。
1999年：经英国劳氏验船协会评监为ISO-14001环境管理合格厂商。
员林厂厂房工程完成。
2000年：第五期厂房工程完成，并进行企业流程改造，增购自动化设备。
2001年：投资中国大陆苏州厂厂房工程完成。
2002年：经挪威船级社认证通过ISO9001：2000国际质量管理体系。
Brief History
1984 Jaung Yuann was established on October 5,and the plant land of 32,572m2 inside Tou-Liu industrial District in Yun-Lin was purchased.
1985 Phase 1 building was completed.
1987 Phase 2 building and Quality Inspection Room was completed.
1988 Phase 3 building for warehousing was completed.
1989 Mainframe computer was installed,and the execution of MIS began.
1990 Phase 4 building was completed,and Jaung Yuann began to improve the layout of production process and to renew production facilities.
Office of Presidential Assistance was set up to execute systematic management.
Tou-Liu Second Plant\'s land of 12,310m2 was purchased for future expansion.
1991 China Tung Bank(formerly known as Bank of Communications)joined and invested in Juang Yuann for automation of production equipment and increase of production capacity.
Jaung Yuann was approved to be a Qualified Corporation for Stock Opening by Securities and Future Commission, Ministry of Finance.
1993 Jaung Yuann was accredited with ISO-9002 by Lloyd\'s Register Quality Assurance.
1994 Yuan-Lin plant\'s land of 11,731m2 was purchased for future expansion.
1996 Jaung Yuann was accredited with ISO-9002 by Bureau of Commodity Inspection & Quarantine,Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1998 Large diameter pipe production line was completed.
1999 Jaung Yuann was accredited with ISO-14001 by Lloyd\'s Register Quality Assurance.
Yuan-Lin Plant was completed.
2000 Phase 5 building was completed, and corporate reengineering along with the procurement of automatic equipment was in proceeding.
2001 Investment of Suzhou Plant in China was in proceeding, and the construction for plant building was completed.
2002 ZHANG YUAN was approved the Quality Management System Standard ISO9001:2000 by DNV.
