钦州胜科水务有限公司 （钦州胜科）成立于2010年3月24日，由胜科公用事业有限公司和广西钦州临海工业投资有限公司共同投资成立。钦州胜科位于广西省钦州港经济开发区西港区，并在该区域享有50年的污水处理特许经营权。
公司将为该区域的客户提供污水处理服务。项目一期已于2010年4月奠基，处理能力达15，000立方米/天。

SCU is the supplier of integrated utilities group in Singapore’s Jurong Island and the 3rd Europe’s petrochemical industrial park, Teesside Chemical Industrial Park to provide innovative and quality solutions that create and add value.
Qinzhou Sembcorp Water Co. Ltd (QSW) was established in 24th March 2010, which is co-invested by Sembcorp Utilities Pte Ltd and Guangxi Qinzhou Linhai Industrial Investment Co Ltd. QSC is located in West Habour Area, Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone, Guangxi Province with wastewater treatment concession right in the zone is for 50 years. QSC will provide wastewater treatment service to customers in the Zone. Phase 1 project already has its groundbreaking in April 2010, with capacity of 15,000 m3 /day.
