Qia Li Ri Precision Mould Co., Ltd, originated from Shenzhen city of Canton province and headquartered in Hong Kong, established its production base in the state-level economic development zone of Jiashan, which is located between Shanghai and Hangzhou.
Qia Li Ri is dedicated to R&D and production of plastic moulds, rubber moulds, Aluminum-alloy moulds, Zinc-alloy moulds, BMC moulds, double-color injection moulds, and customized injection and die-casting products. Presently, the company’s product line mainly covers auto parts, medical equipment, printing consumables, electro-acoustic accessories, etc.
The design & production elite team of Qia Li Ri, which also come from Shenzhen, have more than ten years of rich experience. Designers masterly use UG to design 3D mould structure, simulate and analyze injection flow so as to wipe out problems before happening. The exported mould specifications, DME, HASCO, are also well known by designers.
People at Qia Li Ri have been in relentless pursuit of quality. Every flow of tube water, every piece of ejector pin or screw are deliberately considered and optimally positioned. Quality test facilities include Mitutoyo measuring tools, desk-top and portable durometers and US MASTER CMM.
