Ansen’s headquarters in Hong Kong is responsible for customer relations, product development, sales and marketing, and financial control. The production facilities measuring 500,000 sq. feet in China are closely connected with the Hong Kong operations through computer network. The integrated manufacturing complex consists of several sections such as Tooling Fabrication, Injection Molding, Die-Casting, Power Coating, Painting and numerous Assembly Lines. The diverse assembly methods such as Chip on Board and SMD assembly as well as the traditional PCB assembly form an integral part of the effectively organized production. This includes also the soldering by means of equipment such as Re-flow Oven (SMD), Double Wave Solder Machine, The In-Circuit Test Equipment and etc.
Through continuous dialogue with customers and acumen in new market tendencies, Ansen actively participates in the development of new concepts which are realized without delay through direct engagement of the experienced Research and Development professionals. To ensure the highest level of technical standards, special emphasis is placed in its production set-up and organization. As a result of stringent Quality Control and Assurance, problems are identified and eliminated at the early stage, and therefore confined to a minimum. Our suppliers are approved according to well-defined requirements and are verified through regular audits.
