公司成立于2008年，注册资本100万元，专致与行星传动科技产品的研制开发，现有员工160人，其中工程 技术人员60人。公司设备齐全，加工能力雄厚，有镗床、加工中心插齿轮、数控车、钻床等加工设备，而 且检验检测设备齐全，有金相理化检验、齿轮检验、成品加载实验等主要检验手段。
公司先后在起重机械、勘探机械、清障机械、高空作业机械、船用机械、石油机械、随车起重机等领域研 制开发出一系列行星传动机构。目前公司主要产品有汽车起重机系列8吨-100吨起升机构和回转机构、履 带起重机械系列16吨-100吨行走机构、高空作业车系列18米-30米起升机构和回转机构、随车起重机系列6 吨-25吨液压绞车和回转机构，另外还有广泛应用于清障机械、船用机械、石油机械等领域的1.5吨-30吨 IYG系列液压绞车。
公司在积极配合个主机厂研发产品的同时，还先后与山东省机械设计院、山东工业大 学、大连理工大学等著名院校合作，开发一系列精、新的产品，赢得了广大市场的认可。
