上海全泰保险经纪有限公司（简称上海全泰）于2009年5月成立于北京，实收资本为500万人民币。在2010年8月，为了更好地适应市场需求，公司开始了大规模的重组。到2010年11月中旬，基本完成了公司的重组和战略调整。重组之后，公司的总部搬迁到了上海，公司的市场重心也由直接保险经纪业务转移到了再保险经纪业务。公司的新管理团队决心凭借自身的再保险经验和技术，遵循“共赢”这一基本原则，努力通过提供更多有效的，灵活的，量身定制的再保险方案，力争为我们的客户提供更多的价值。并且通过我们的努力，进一步加强保险人同再保险人之间的业务合作，信息共享，技术交流。<br><br> 为了保证我们的服务质量，上海全泰汇集了一群来自不同背景的员工。我们的同事来自于本地保险公司、外资保险公司、国际再保险公司或保险中介公司。我们的同事有来自于再保部的、核保部或者财务部的。我们有同事有专注于传统再保险、非传统再保险的、也有专注于常规保险产品或新保险产品如董事、高管责任险，职业责任险等等。我们团队的平均保险行业从业年限为6.9年。<br><br> Brilliance Re Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Brilliance Re) was founded in May 2009 in Beijing with total paid up capital of RMB 5 million. In order to better fit ourselves into the market trend and business opportunity, we started a thorough internal reform in this August. Today, we’ve formally finished the reform and re-positioning of Brilliance Re – Head office moved to Shanghai, and market focus moved from direct business to reinsurance business. Following the principal of ‘Win-Win’ strategy and taking advantage of our management team’s experience and expertise in reinsurance, we aim to bring more value by providing efficient, flexible, tailor-made reinsurance solutions to our valuable clients and to enhance the business cooperation, information sharing, technology transfer between reinsurers and reinsureds through our intermediary.<br><br> In order to ensure the quality of our service, Brilliance Re provides a collection of expertise with different backgrounds. We colleagues are from local insurance company, foreign insurance company, international reinsurance company or insurance intermediary. We have colleagues from reinsurance department, underwriting department or accounting department. We have colleagues specialized in traditional reinsurance solutions, non-traditional reinsurance solutions, tradition insurance products, special insurance products like D&O, Professional Indemnity, etc. The average experience in re / insurance industry of our team is 6.9 years.
