公司始建于1996年，在上海金融中心浦东新区内，距浦东机场仅20公里路程。2003年更名为上海和恒服饰有限公司。现拥有上海工厂与六安分厂。目前引进香港羊绒品牌"爱戈斯"，开拓国内市场。
上海工厂--上海和恒服饰有限公司。占地面积达5000平方米，员工200多人。主要以开发，设计为主，配以生产订单少，质量高的精品订单。
六安工厂--六安爱戈斯服饰有限公司。座落在风景秀丽的大别山脚下，总投资6000万元，占地面积32000平方米，建筑面积22000平方米。目前一期建10000平方米，20009年5月已经投产运营。拥有100台电脑横机等各类机器1000多台，现有工人500名，预招800人，年产量300万件。主要生产单量较大的订单。
爱戈斯羊绒品牌--该品牌自2008年在内地上市以来，受到广大消费者的青睐，特别是成功男士的喜爱。目前在上海与六安有直营店。品牌定位于25-40岁男女中高档羊绒， 从工厂直接面对消费者，我们理念是"高档品质，中档价格"。
同时该品牌通过了国家纤维质量监督检验中心检测，获得了“天然纤维产品标志”与“生态纤维制品标志”2项证书。
我们专业生产各类毛衣，针型从3针至16针，以12针为主，和各种电脑花形，裁剪，手勾。常用成份有棉，腈，尼龙，羊毛，羊绒，丝，兔绒，驼绒，粘胶，安哥拉山羊绒和各种比例的混纺纱。特种绣，手绣，订珠，印花，植绒，吊染，段染，件染以及各种染色方法。年总产量达340万件。
目前主要合作的客户有：外销有ZARA(西班牙）,NEXT(英国);内销有大润发超市，LILY品牌(丝绸公司)
Established in 1996,Located in Pudong District of Shanghai.Revised name to Shanghai Everpeace Knitting Manufacturing Co. Limited in 2003. which is 20 kilometers away from Pudong Airport. We own 2 factories, one in shanghai and the other in Luan city of Anhui province. We also import "EVERPEACE" cashmere brand from HongKong,to open domestic market.
Shanghai factory--Shanghai Everpeace Knitting Manufacturing Co. Limited,which cover 5000 square meters and own 200 workers. Mainly developing , designing and making small order which customer request high quality.
Luan factory--Luan Everpeace Knitting Co. limited,which Located in the foot of Da Bie Shan mountant with nice view, invested total RMB 60 million, cover 32000 square meters, and workshop cover 22000 square meters.We have set up 10000 square meters workshop in first term, which already started producing in may of 2009. We have all kinds of machine total 500 pcs including 100pcs auto-machine and have 500 workers and will want to reach 800 workers in the future. Annual production capacity is 3 million units.
"Everpeace" cashmere brand--Loved by all customers, specially for succeed men from 2008 on, which we put this brand to domestic market. We have our direct center-store in shanghai and in Luan.And this brand's cashmere sweater will be selled to men/women of age from 25 to 40 years old. Our policy is "High quality, Middle price",since our prodicts will be selled to customers directly without wholesaler. This brand have passed test by the national center bureau of watching fiber's quality, and obtained 2 certificates, "sign of natural fiber's products" certificate and "sign of pro-environment products" certificate.
We are specialized in sweater. We can produce diverse range of sweater from 3GG to 16GG, mainly in 12GG,styles containing kinds of pattern, jacquard, intarsia, cut and sew, hand crochet,with extensive materials of cotton,acrylic, nylon, wool,cashmere,dehair angora,alpaca,rayon,angora and all kinds of blend yarn. Production processes include embroidery,beading,printing,flocking and top-dyed,space dyed, piece dyed,and different dying methods.The annual production capacity has reached 3 million 400 thousand units.
