思迈尔机电设备（上海）有限公司(CMR),是由法国CMR集团于2007年11月底，在上海注册成立的独资公司。公司利用法国CMR在船舶及海洋工程电气行业近50年的经验与技术，主要从事下述产品的设计、生产和服务：
设计和制造船用低压开关柜，全抽屉式电机控制中心（MCC),电力配电盘，馈电配电盘；设计和制造船舶驾驶仓控制台；提供航海与近海船用检测与控制系统，船舶内用通讯、广播及海事电话系统，中央桥设备，自动设别系统，航海时钟，适用于航海与离岸的闭路电视系统等。

CMR Pacific Electrical Equipment (Shanghai) is established in the year 2007 and obtained business license in Nanhui District, Shanghai . China. The company specializes in the manufacture of electrical equipment and switchboards for the marine and offshore applications.
In 2008 the company signed a license agreement with Siemens to manufacture Siemens SIVACON 8PT Type-Tested switchboards.
CMR Pacific designs and manufactures low voltage switchboards, fully withdrawable motor control centres, power sub-main boards, distribution panels and control consoles. Other business includes medium voltage switchgears, variable speed drives, DC SCR switchboard and process control system.
CMR system integrator for the marine and offshore market is also included marketing and service with repair of:
- Monitoring and control system for marine and offshore vessel
- Ship internal communications system, PA system, Marine telephone system
- Centralized bridge equipment
- Automatic identification system
- Marine clock, rudder angle indicator, torsional vibration monitor, anemometer
- CCTV system for the marine and offshore market
