Found in 1953, Wesco Aircraft (NYSE: WAIR) has grown to be one of the world largest distributors of aerospace consumables and providers of comprehensive supply chain management services. Wesco Aircraft continues to provide a broad inventory of aerospace parts encompassing approximately 450,000 different stock keeping units. These include hardware, bearings, tools, electromechanical and interconnect components, fluid fitting systems, seals, and machined and fabricated parts.
Our services range from traditional distribution, managing supplier relationships, quality assurance, kitting to just-in-time delivery and point-of-use inventory management. Serving over 7,200 customers worldwide, Wesco Aircraft is an authorized distributor for nearly every leading aerospace hardware manufacturer. Customers range from major aerospace OEMs and their subcontractors, to MROs, ground support and government purchasing authorities.
Wesco Aircraft employs over 1,000 employees across locations in 12 countries. In our more than half a century experience of supplying the aerospace industry we have developed what we believe are the key components to success. At present, Wesco Aircraft now has its own office in Shanghai (HQ) and Xi’an (FSL) with the purpose is dedicated to leverage the global distribution leadership to Chinese customers.
