Polaris Industries Inc. is a New York Stock Exchanged listed company, established in 1954. Polaris is headquartered in Minnesota area, designs, engineers and manufactures all terrain recreational, utility and side-by-side vehicles (“ATVs”), snowmobiles, and motorcycles and markets them, together with related replacement parts, garments and accessories (“PG&A”) through dealers and distributors principally located in the United States, Canada and Europe. Polaris is world largest off-road vehicle manufacturer. In 2009, company achieved $1.6billion US Dollar sales.
Polaris established its China subsidiary in 2010, launched off-road vehicles in China at Beijing Auto Show in May. Company is making steady progress in promoting its brand and product to various customer basis in China and establishing dealer network.
