Schlumberger (Tianjin) Artificial Lift Company Ltd. Xiqing Product Center (XPC), located in Tianjin, is a foreign-invested enterprise founded in March of 2006 and registered in Tianjin Xiqing Economic Development Area. XPC is a member of mechanical equipments manufacturers’ network under CNPC and CNOOC. XPC belongs to Schlumberger China.
The size of XPC is 12,000 square meters including 8,000 square meters workshops. XPC has about 200 employees in total, 20 of whom are engineers and technicians. The main business is manufacturing of submersible-oil pumps, especially strong at design and manufacturing of submersible-oil pumps, submersible-water pumps and submersible sewage motors, submersible-seawater pumps and submersible-hot-water motors. Through consistent application and improvement of advanced technologies from both domestic and overseas market our products remain the leading position in China and reach the international levels. Moreover, we have advanced professional facilities and testing equipments ensuring the quality and reliability during manufacturing and inspection.
斯伦贝谢（天津）采油机械有限公司西青产品中心（XPC）成立于2006年3月，注册于天津市西青经济开发区，现行企业性质为外商投资企业，是中国石油天然气集团公司和中国石油总公司机械设备制造网络企业。斯伦贝谢（天津）采油机械有限公司隶属斯伦贝谢中国。
公司占地总面积12000M2，其中厂房面积8000M2。公司现有员工200人左右，其中工程技术人员约20人 。公司以生产潜油电泵为主，在设计制造潜油电泵，潜水电泵和潜污水电机、潜海水电泵和潜热水电机方面具有很强的实力。长期以来公司十分注重吸取国内外各种先进的电泵制造技术，并以此为基础不断加以创新，这是本公司产品拥有较高技术水准并得以保持国内领先地位和达到国际水平的根本原因。此外，公司拥有先进齐全的专业制造装备和检测试验设备，能可靠地保证产品制造和检验的需要。
