1993
Target was established by Robert Lee as an engineering support firm for US lighting companies that wanted to buy lighting in China. From that work we progressed into manufacturing.
1997
From the work of engineering support, we progressed into manufacturing. We began our first manufacturing industry--die casting.
1998
Target began assembly of low voltage lighting parts and systems.
1999
We began what is one of our major manufacturing industries -- precision machining.
2000
Plant exclusively for decorative lighting is set up. Since 2000, Target has assembly facilities specializing in commercial outdoor lighting, indoor and outdoor architectural lighting, low voltage systems and decorative wrought iron lighting fixtures. Target employees are around 1300.
2005
Xiongyi factory is set up to meet the expanding business. Target employees increase to 1500.
Target is an OEM lighting manufacturer. Our business is entirely export, no China sales, mostly to the United States but with a growing portion to Europe.
Target manufactures die castings in aluminum, zinc and brass, and also makes permanent mold aluminum and investment cast stainless castings. We machine our castings, finish them as necessary, and either sell them as component parts or as part of a complete product.
Target uses stamping dies and our Amada turret presses and press brakes to manufacture quality stamped parts for lighting.
Target finishes our castings and stampings in our own powder coating and painting facility.
Target machines precision brass, stainless and aluminum turnings for lighting and electronics industry use, and also machines our own die castings to precision dimensions when required.
Target manufactures incandescent, halogen, fluorescent and HID lighting fixtures, and low voltage lighting parts and systems.
