上海华仪风能电气有限公司（简称上海华仪）是中国上市公司华仪电气股份有限公司的全资子公司。专业从事风资源测量与评估、风力发电机组的制造和销售、新能源项目开发等。
上海华仪于2007年9月正式成立，注册资金5.1亿元。公司位于上海浦东临港新城重装备产业区内，占地总面积约六万七千平方米。目前已投资6.5亿元建成大型机组制造基地和新能源技术研发院，总建筑面积约5.4万平方米，并且已经投入使用。基地配备有3兆瓦系列大功率风力发电机组试验设备和装配设备，可实现年产能350台HW3系列机组，是华仪风能大功率陆上风电机组和海上风电机组的主要研发和制造基地。新能源技术研发院主要承担与风力发电、智能电网和光热发电等新能源技术有关的课题研究，项目开发及技术成果产业化等工作。目前上海华仪在职员工75人，其中技术人员占86%，并且聘请外籍专业研发人员，保证了公司产品的高品质和技术的先进性。
公司目前主要生产1.5MW、2.5MW等系列风力发电机组，其中2.5MW机组是与德国Aerodyn共同合作研发，具有多风区适应性、多发电机形式和低电压穿越等特点，样机已在内蒙古三胜风场挂网运行。《3兆瓦风力发电机组产业化》项目被列为2011年第二批上海市高新技术产业化重大项目，获得专项资金扶持。目前上海华仪与世界知名风电设计公司荷兰MECAL正在紧密合作开发具有自主知识产权的6WM海上风力发电机组。公司始终坚持以质量管理为中心、走质量效益型的发展道路，产品全部经过国内外专业机构的审查、认证。
2008年华仪独立研发的HW1系列机组出口智利并顺利运行，使华仪风能成为中国第一家大型机组出口企业。近年来，华仪风能生产的风力发电机组设备在广东、浙江、山东、山西、吉林、内蒙、宁夏等地运行良好，并出口于智利、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等地并良好运行，受到用户的肯定和好评。

Shanghai Huayi Wind Energy & Electric Co. Ltd. (referred to as Shanghai Huayi ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Huayi Electric Co., Ltd., specializes in wind source measurement and evaluation, manufacturing and sales of wind turbine and new energy project development etc..
Shanghai Huayi was established in September 2007 with registered capital RMB 510,800,000. The company is located in heavy equipment industrial area of Lingang New city, covers an area of 67,000㎡. Over 650 million RMB has been invested to set up large-scale manufacturing base and New Energy Technology R & D Institute with total construction area of about 54,000 square meters, which have been completed and fully operational. The assembly plant equipped with 3MW series WTGS wind turbine test and assembly equipment can realize the capacity of annual output of 350 units of HW3 wind turbine. Shanghai Huayi is R & D center and manufacturing base of onshore and offshore wind turbine. New Energy Technology R & D Institute is mainly responsible for research related to new energy technology such as Smart grid, solar thermal power and wind power generation project development and technical achievements industrialization. Shanghai huayi has 75 employees, of which technical staff accounted for 86%, and employed some foreign professional R & D personnel to ensure a high quality of the products and advanced technology.
Shanghai Huayi mainly produces HW2 and HW3 series wind turbine generator system, of which HW3 WTGS was developed jointly with Aerodyn, German with characteristics of wind class adaptability、two generator model and low voltage ride through. The prototype had been installed in Sansheng wind farm in Inner Mongolia. The project was listed as the major projects of High-tech Industries in Shanghai in 2011 and achieved special funds. Shanghai Huayi is working closely together with well-known wind turbine design company MECAL, The Netherlands to develop 6 MW offshore wind turbine with independent intellectual property rights.
Shanghai Huayi is always centered as quality management and takes the path of development of the quality and efficiency. The products have been awarded domestic and international Certificate.
HW1 was developed independently by Huayi and exported to Chile in 2008, made Huayi Wind Energy became the first domestic large units export enterprise. Recently, the wind turbine equipment of Huayi run well in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanxi, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, and were exported to Chile, Belarus, Kazakhstan and etc., which gain good recognitions and praises from users.
