中新天津生态城投资开发有限公司
中新天津生态城投资开发有限公司是中国与新加坡两国政府，按照中新双边协议成立的合资公司，注册资本四十亿元人民币，中新双方财团各持股百分之五十。合资公司作为中新天津生态城的主要开发方，公司将负责生态城基础设施建设、招商引资、对外推广等。
中新天津生态城是中国与新加坡两国政府继苏州工业园之后合作建设的第二个标志性开发项目，也是世界上第一个国家间合作开发建设的生态城市。中新天津生态城位于中国国家发展的重要的战略区域——天津滨海新区范围内，毗邻天津经济技术开发区、天津港、海滨休闲旅游区，地处塘沽区、汉沽区之间，距天津中心城区45公里，距北京150公里，总面积约31.23平方公里，规划居住人口35万。
2008年9月开工建设的中新天津生态城，目前，生态城四平方公里起步区已具备项目摆放条件，七十余家中外企业已签约落户，部分公建项目、住宅项目已陆续开工。按照规划，四平方公里起步区将为两万六千余个家庭提供自然、宜居、健康的居住环境，首批居民有望2012年入住。
