蓝琉璃SPA整备股份有限公司 Tibeart Corporation 于1996年在台湾台北成立。
2001年于加州成立美国企业总部，并与美国具规模的美国“达奇美利坚”前卫 SPA 人体工学设计 TouchAmerica 合作成立亚洲 SPA 对象整备仓储（近五千种 SPA 对象 ），并在中国大陆注册成立深圳市蓝琉璃贸易有限公司，同时在中国深圳天安数码工业城及台湾台中成立整备物流中心，发货至亚洲各地，目前在新加坡、印度尼西亚、泰国、香港、中国、台湾、南韩、南非模里西斯等，均遍布蓝琉璃 SPA 整备的客户。
2003年蓝琉璃再与位于 Utah 洲具 Great Salt Lake （大盐湖）采矿权的 Trace Mineral 签订亚洲总代理，该公司已受美国政府发给之犹他州高山大盐湖采矿权，发掘更多对人体有益之矿物制成各种健康食品。大盐湖型成于亿万年前地壳变动海洋推高成高山盐湖，亿万年来纯净不受污染,因此而受美国政府重视。
2004年与美国位于宾州 AmberProduct 合作 SPA 传统疗法的研究开发,其中最受美国欢迎的疗程是阿书吠陀草本裹肤及暖肤蜜腊疗法，这些疗程对手术后的恢复或减肥瘦身有极佳的疗效。
