岗位职责：
1、负责ISO/TS16949体系文件的编写、整理及文件内容的实施工作；
2、公司内部的质量审核，跟踪质量问题的整改、关闭，完善质量体系；
3、与培训组织配合完成第三方的监督审核及客户的审核；
4、编制质量计划，组织质量分析、质量报告输出；
5、组织公司内部质量宣传和推广。
任职要求：
1、有ISO/TS16949体系管理3年以上经验，能独立编写质量手册等体系文件；
2、有体系推行经验；
3、熟悉VDA6.3；
Function:1.Ensure that quality system is fully established, implemented and maintained2.Ensure all initiatives are controlled and align to quality system;3.Maintain document control ,procedures, work instructions & formats;4.Training all personnel about ECIMOS,ECIPS,ISO9000,TS169;5.Develop and communicate the culture of the system activities into entire organization,6.Develop quality system internal audits schedule and results;7.Liaison between external auditors & ECIMOS;8.Leader internal and external audits;9.Communicate internal and external audits, schedule and results;10.Follow up internal &external audits findings;11.Develop &deployment LPA;12.Leader layer process audits.Knowledge/training1.external /internal auditor ISO-TS16949 with automotive background;2.expert (APQP,PPAP,PFMEA,PCP,SPC,MSA)3.lean manufacturing;4.cutting operator training;5.problem solving techniques (such as 8D’s,5whys,Ishikawa)6.basic project(software) management;7.bilingual8.good at communication and coordination;9.active with strong team work spirit.
