岗位职责：
1、负责公司供应商质量管理体系建立、进货检验规范的建立维护和改进等工作；
2、监督供应商提供零部件的质量状况并及时与供货商沟通解决供应商的质量问题；
3、评估和了解供应商开发生产零部件时的质量状况，审核供应商的PPAP；
4、定期对供应商进行审核，对供应商的质量控制体系进行评估，包括产品和流程的质量，质量管理体系等；
5、参与供应商或新产品的开发；
6、分析零部件质量问题并协调解决问题；
7、BOM分析；
8、建立产品可追溯体系。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历水平，质量控制或机械相关专业优先；
2、3年以上汽车供应商质量管理相关管理经验；
3、熟悉TS16949质量体系、掌握常用质量工具；
4、沟通协调能力强，逻辑思维能力强，分析能力强。
BASIC FUNCTION（基本职能）: Under the direction and guidance of the Global Supplier Quality Manager, the Supplier Quality Supervisor will execute a supplier base management strategy for suppliers within China and around China to support global sourcing needs. The Supplier Quality Supervisor’s goal is to improve supplier quality working towards zero defects through continuously improving supplier’s internal processes. The SQ Supervisor will participate with supplier selection, qualification, and performance management processes PRIMARY DUTIES（主要职责）: •Executes a supplier improvement strategy for suppliers supporting Global procurement needs •Measures and drivers supplier performance on quality and delivery •Drives communication with supplier to improve process capability of supplied products. •Conducts supplier quality system audits •Fully understand, interprets, and conduct audits to ISO 9001 quality management system requirements •Works with supplier on process evaluation and continuous improvements •Leads team with Purchasing, Engineering, Plants, and Suppliers on root cause analysis for quality issues •Assists suppliers with first article submissions •Reviews FMEA, Control Plans, and other supplier documentation for adequacy. •Support supplier qualification and problem resolution MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY（基本入职条件）: •Education（教育经验）: ◦Degree or equivalent qualification in Quality or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred) •Experience（工作经验）: ◦Must possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in supplier quality assurance in a manufacturing setting •Key Competencies（关键素质） ◦Knowledgeable and possesses hands on experience in the application of Lean and Six Sigma including the following tools: ◾Value stream mapping, Cpk/Ppk, SPC, GR&R, Control Plans, Sampling Plans, Kaizen, 5S, Statistical analysis, SMED, 5 Why’s, Root cause analysis, 8D, VOC, QFD, Error proofing, Robust design, FMEA, Cause and Effect diagram, Pareto Analysis etc. ◦Must have solid understanding of ISO 9001 management system, and working knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems. ◦Certification as a QMS Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor preferred
