岗位职责：
1.制定工艺方案：对设计图纸进行工艺评审，提出工艺装置申请，制定工艺方案，提出生产所需的工装夹具、工具配置、
生产物料申请。
2.产品认定及试制：根据产品及模具认定管理程序，进行新产品送样件的工艺评审及试制，模具验收，提出问题原因
和整改措施，确保新产品按预定计划顺利投产。
3.工艺资料准备：根据试制结果制定产品工艺作业指导书和工艺参数卡，制定并维护工艺、模具状态统计表和生产物料、
工时定额。
4.生产过程控制：监督生产运行情况，处理生产过程中班组无法解决的工艺、质量问题，对生产班组的工艺操作进行指导；
组织分析模具事故，提出处理意见并制定整改措施；制定产品不合格因素整改措施并组织实施。
5.工艺优化和改进：提出并组织实施工艺优化和改进计划，推广新工艺、新技术、新材料的应用，加强工艺创新工作，
提高生产效率和质量水平，降低生产成本。
6.工艺纪律管理：根据工艺纪律管理内容，对班组及员工的执行情况进行监察，确保工艺纪律执行受控。
任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历，模具设计或相关专业；
2.五年及以上模具相关工作经验，熟悉UG8.0制图软件，精通模具结构，有家电模具、汽车模具经验；
3.做事积极主动，服务意识强，能服从上级安排；
4.性格外向，敬业爱岗，吃苦耐劳，员工归属感强。
Job Description:1. Enlargement of supplier base in China for plastic injection molds, blow molds, plastic extrusion molds, thermoforming, machine & equipment, sheet metal dies, die casting and forging.2. Monitoring and execution of quality policy of ARCELIK and ARCELIK's requirements with Chinese suppliers.3. To ask part price and tool price quotation to supplier and analyze the quotations and negotiate with the suppliers.4. To understand Technical Requirements and specify tool specifications & standardization. Analyze tool cost and part cost5. To have manufacturing knowledge of plastic injection molds and process ,visit the suppliers to check the manufacturing process of the tools and attend the tool trials. Troubleshooting of the problems which happen in manufacturing process or tool trial. To make report includes evaluations after the trials and inform related engineers in Arcelik plants. Having knowledge for stamping dies and aluminum injection dies is an asset.6. To analyze part and mold design by 3D design programme and make engineering comments related tool manufacturing and part optimization.7. Increasing the efficiency of the supplier in production and delivery by closely monitoring(On time delivery & without any problem)8. To report project status to department manager.Qualification:1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, mold design and automation..2. 4 years or more working experience in the plastic mold industry. (Automotive, white goods and home appliance)Good understanding of mold manufacturing and heat treatment processes.3. Cad Software experience.4. Good command in writing and speaking English. English report is needed.5. High communication and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese.6. Willing to travel often7. 5 years' related experience in mold program management
