生产工程师（夜班）
职位描叙
1. 审核生产相关图纸。在管道进行预生产前，对工程部发放的图纸，钢管切割计划表，材料表，精加工图进行审核，配合生产经理准备相关技术文件。对预生产部门进行全面的工作安排（包括产线，计划，人力分工等）
2. 协调相关的预生产、设备维修以及工厂生产安全状况；与人力资源部协调组织相关人员的培训或安排相关的培训。确保产线的可持续性及最优化运行。
3. 检查操作工的工作效率记录，对工作效率明显低下的员工进行分析，找出原因采取相应的措施（如：帮他们分析原因，检查参数设置，或者建议重新培训等）。
4. 培训指导新员工。在生产领导的指导下，按照相关技术要求和安全要求培训新员工。
5. 配合生产主管，车间领班全面开展生产活动。同时在公司各相关部门进行必要信息沟通、传递。对公司其他生产项目支持, 包括效率，安全，质量, 提升项目等。
Job description
1. To check technical document such as drawing, pipe cutting plan, material picking list, machine detail etc distributed from Work Preparation Dep. before starts the Pre fabrication; to prepare necessary technical document under the leadership of Fabrication leaders. Carry out the machinery planning for pre-fabrication department (line and layout planning, workplace agronomy).
2. To coordinate the activities related with the Pre Fabrication, maintenance and safety, to give the training and/or to arrange the training related with the subjects to the related personnel by coordinating with HR Department. Ensure the continuity and optimization of production in Pre Fabrication department.
3. Check the operation efficiency records of operators; make necessary reason analysis for ones with low efficiency and help them to find causes (to check relevant parameters or give training proposals.)
4. Train the new workers according to technical requirements and safety rules under leadership of Fabrication Management.
5. To work with foreman and Fabrication Management to develop production activities. Carry out internal distribution of the necessary data within the related departments. Support projects on the manufacturing places as efficiency, safety, quality, improvement etc.
任职要求：
1．大专及以上学历，机械、材料、焊接冶金等相关专业毕业。2年以上重工业行业工作经验。了解钢构预生产流程（车床，弯管，切割）
2．能够进行流利的书面和口头英语交流；能够准备英文项目报告以及进行相关交流。
3．能够熟练进行办公和制图软件操作，像AUTO CAD, Word, Excel, Power Point等。
4．为人正直，具有较强的组织协调能力和团队协作能力；有管理下属和实际生产经验者优先考虑。
5．能够在压力下开展工作并具有较强的时间管理能力。
Job Requirement:
1. College or bachelor degree majored in Welding, Metal Material or Mechanical Engineering; At least 2 years experience in heavy industry. Knowledge on pipe pre fabrication 〔lathe, bending and cutting process etc）
2. With communication ability on spoken and written English. Be able to write English reports for internal use.
3. Be good at Microsoft office software operation, such as AUTOCAD，Word, Excel, Power Point.
4. With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
5. Able to work under pressure and with good ability of time-management.
