岗位职责：
1、负责制定集团工程设施设备维护的相关制度及流程，并监督指导地区公司执行；
2、委外方的监督管理；
3、专业高地，为地区公司提供有效的技术支持；
4、搭建体系化知识库，通过传帮带，培养体系专业人才；
5、主导重大设施设备改造项目，提高设施设备的使用效率和寿命；
6、牵头前沿及重大课题的研究，推动技术革新，提高劳动生产率；
7、能耗及风险管理。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上相关学历，至少7年以上相关从业经验，有住宅类物业管理经验者优先；
2、在工程领域内，至少精通一个细分专业模块，对其它模块有了解；
3、逻辑性强，有工程师精神，学习及传授能力强；
4、具备丰富的实操经验，熟悉一线工作，能解决实际技术难题；
5、风险管理意识强，具备处理突发紧急事件的能力。
