Ove Arup & Partners are Consultants To KCRC for The East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Tunnels to Hung Hom, which forms part of the Corporation\'s East Tsim Sha Tsui Extension project.
The East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Tunnels to Hung Hom provides an extension to the Corporation\'s existing electrified, twin-track railway beyond its current southern terminus at Hung Hom to East Tsim Sha Tsui. The Project comprises the construction of a running tunnel and a complete new underground station together with an interchange subway, which will connect the KCR and MTR stations. Split into three packages, the project will involve significant civil engineering infrastructure works with complex temporary works and sequence co-ordination in one of the most congested urban areas of Kowloon.
