Founded in April 2006 by former DuPont and Sony executive Gary Wang, MindSpan Development (畅导力发展) is China and Asia’s biggest executive coach network (高管教练网络) with more than 240 full-time and affiliated coaches serving 180 global companies including 70 Fortune 500 corporations. We are based in Shanghai but serve clients in China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, India, Singapore and Australia.
In addition, MindSpan is also China’s #1 organization in offering executive coach certification programs (ECCP). Our ICF-accredited English ECCP is a blockbuster program and as a testament to its success, the 11th ECCP will begin in Shanghai in August and October. We will launch our first Chinese ECCP later this year.
