衡致国际源于2003年创立的管理咨询公司上海东谛， 发展至今已将业务领域已涵盖管理咨询、人力资源开发、语言文化交流、市场咨询和供应链服务领域，并按照业务板块建立了上海衡致企业管理咨询有限公司和上海衡致国际贸易有限公司。
