    Job Purpose:1. Provide primary technical oversight and direction for the troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and show quality of SHDR Facility Assets (Attractions, Equipment, etc.).2. Develop a high level of teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.Job Responsibility (including but not limited to):1. Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.2. Ensure the safety, reliability and show quality of assigned assets.3. Provide leadership to approximately 10-20 maintenance technicians performing daily preventative and corrective maintenance on attractions.4. Establish work schedules, shift assignment and work prioritization.5. Provide leadership, guidance and technical support to direct reports.6. Assist in the creation and adherence to the departmental Annual Operating Plan (budget).7. Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed8. Use root cause analysis to prevent failures and drive improvements; deliver good quality maintenance.9. Join the rides installation, testing and adjustment during the project phase, support WDI team and finish the assignment by them. Proactively learn and grasp the rides equipment and system.10. Participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of maintenance staff.11. Manage services received by vendors and contractors.12. Support to Provide attractions Spare parts plan13. Prepare the team members training plan, and willing to coach technicians with different training resources.14. Complete other assignments as deemed appropriate by their Manager.Education:Bachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline is required (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred)Knowledge and Experience:1. Approximately 10+ years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance2. Having 3+ years leadership experience in Maintenance Management.3. Experience working in a maintenance environment with knowledge of maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.4. Experience/knowledge in financial management.5. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Experience with Maximo preferred6. Maintenance Experience working with JV or MNC is preferredAbilities and Behaviors:1. Excellent interpersonal skills (partnering, mentoring, coaching, etc.) in diverse culture working environment.2. Written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English3. Possess a high technical aptitude and sound decision making skills.4. Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills5. Able to read drawings and schematics.6. Able to develop management reports, accurately report information, and deliver good quality maintenance on time.7. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.); CAD skills preferred.8. Ability to interact with various levels within the company. (Front Line Maintenance Staff, Support Staff, Managers, Engineers, etc.)9. Available to work all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift), weekends and holidays as deemed required by management.
