岗位职责
1、对在计划规定期限内未完成工艺准备工作，而影响新产品试制进度和生产任务完成负责。
2、对因工艺编制或工装设计问题，导致产品大量报废或返修，造成经济损失负责。
3、对解决生产中发生的工艺技术问题不及时，影响生产负责。
4、对审查签署的工艺技术文件、产品技术条件、工艺标准、工艺规程等工艺资料的正确性、合理性、完整性负责。
5、对原材料工艺消耗定额存在计算方法或数值错误，造成浪费或损失现象负责。
6、对由于工艺设计不合理，造成不良影响负责。
7、工艺部部长对本部门方针目标未及时展开、检查、诊断、落实负责。
8、对在工艺技术上发生失、泄密现象负责。
9、工艺部协助生产总调度工作，对总调度布置的工作负责。
Day to Day Responsibilities:- Manage the site operation quality control at supplier site.- Develop manufacturing spec. and implement effective QC in production.- Support QA/AE to do spec. alignment with customers and maintain good FQC efficiency to achieve RMA target;- Conduct audit at outsourcing supplier site to ensure the quality controls are in effective- Work with multiple sites local QC engineers to maintain aligned inspection method- Customer audit and quality issues handlingEducation & Experience- B.Sc. Degree.- 5+ years experiences in quality functions of technical production environment.- QC metrology knowledge and inspection control experienceRequired Skills- Good command of English, written and verbal.- Good communication skills- Process improvement experienceDesired Skills- Project Management knowledge- Green Belt certification- Glass quality inspectionSoft Skills- Excellent written and oral English communication skills- Cross-cultural Sensitivity- Customer Focus- Problem Solving and Analytical skills
