岗位职责:
1.制定年度人员预算和招聘计划
2.根据企业招聘需要,在组织内进行标准的招聘和安置
3.通过规划负责实施公司的人力资源计划,协调和执行招聘和选择策略。
4.开发和管理招聘渠道,使招聘有效率,节约成本,如第三部分机构,技术学校,校园招聘,猎头,网站,内部推荐。
5.建立和监控招聘标准和整个流程,包括与广告公司联系、管理管道、筛选申请、进行评分测试、进行面试,提名合适的短期候选人和参与谈判。
6.负责诱导过程以及选择侯选人
7.招聘有助于制定工作人员的政策和程序,以提供组织内的职业发展。
8.办理员工报告和退出过程以及其他人力资源岗位要求。
岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历
2.5年以上人力资源工作经验,特别是在招聘和人力资源管理方面的工作经验
3.熟悉中国劳动法
4.良好的沟通和表达能力
5.良好的团队合作精神。
6.积极进取,独立,注重细节
Responsibility:1. Make the annual headcount budget and recruitment plan.2. Execute standard recruiting and placement within the organization based on business hiring needs 3. Be responsible for implementing the company’s human resources admission program, by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy4. Develop and manage recruitment channels and methodology to make hiring efficiency and cost saving, such as 3rd part agency, Technical school, headhunter, website, campus recruiting, and internal referral.5. Establish and monitor hiring standards and the whole process, ranging from contact with the advertising agencies, managing the pipeline, screening the applications, scoring tests, conducting interviews to nominate suitable short-list candidates and participate in offer negotiation.6. Be responsible for the induction process as well as for hiring selected candidates7. Help to develop staffing policy and procedures to provide career development within the organization. 8. Handle the employee report/ movement and exit process as well as the employee grievanceProvide support to other HR functionsRequirement:1. Bachelor degree or above.2. More than 5 years experiences in HR area, especially in recruitment and ER fields.3. Familiar with Chinese labor law.4. Good communication and presentation skills.5. Good team work spirit.6.
